Should you clean a new chain first?

It is preferable to remove the preservative grease from the new chain. Do this by degreasing it with the CyclOn Bionet Chain Cleaner. Then let it soak for 5 minutes and rinse it off with water. As a final step, apply a lubricant of your choice, such as the Wax Lube or All Weather Lube.

How do you lubricate a road bike or mountain bike chain?

It's best to lubricate the chain on the inside, between the rear derailleur and the front chainring. Use a dropper bottle for precise application. Apply the lubricant by turning the chain backward until the entire chain is coated.

When will I receive my order?

The worse the weather, the thicker the lubricant film you should apply to the chain. In the rain, the lubricant film must be water-resistant to ensure worry-free cycling and smooth shifting. We have categorized our lubricants by weather type: Dry Lube for a dry summer ride, All Weather Lube and Wax Lube for the changeable Dutch weather. Finally, Wet Lube for extreme conditions or for a mountain bike tour in a wet and dirty forest.

How do I maintain my E-Bike / Electric bike?

An electric bicycle is easy to maintain in four steps. (1) Start by cleaning your bike. (2) Lubricate the chain; use a spray if you have an enclosed chain guard and a dropper bottle if you don't. (3) Protect the contact points of your e-bike's battery. (4) Protect your e-bike's frame.

What should I do if I have a flat tubeless tire?

If there isn't enough sealant in the tire, a puncture may not seal. Therefore, if you're riding tubeless, it's important to carry CyclOn Tyre Repair Gel in addition to a CO2 cartridge or pump.

How do I make my tires tubeless?

(1) Thoroughly clean the rim, especially the inner edge, so that the tubeless tire can seat properly when pressure is applied. (2) Mount the tire on the rim and remove the valve core to inject the Tyre Sealant. (3) Inflate the tire.

How do I create an account?

With a CyclOn account, you can view and track your orders and access invoices. You can create an account here. We handle your data carefully and ensure it is stored securely.

  1. Click on the link above or on the icon at the top of the website.
  2. Enter your personal details under 'register'.
  3. Click on register.

It is not mandatory to create an account to place an order with CyclOn.

I've lost my password

Nowadays, you need a username and password for almost every website, and the problem is that these often vary. As a result, it often happens that you no longer remember what you chose as your username or password.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times depend on your location.

I want to change my account details

It may happen that your personal data is no longer up-to-date. To change this, go to your account and click on 'settings' in the menu to change your personal data. Under 'addresses' you can set a default delivery and billing address.

How do I place an order?
  1. Place the desired products in your shopping cart.
  2. Go to the shopping cart icon at the top right and then click 'order'.
  3. Fill in your personal details and check them carefully.
  4. Choose your desired shipping option and enter any discount code.
  5. Select a desired payment method and click 'order now'.
  6. Once your payment is successful, the order is final.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order. Therefore, always make sure to carefully check your order before placing it.

When will I receive my order?

As soon as you place an order, a confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address you provided.

If you have not received this email, please first check whether the confirmation has ended up in your spam folder. If not, please contact us and we will of course send it to you immediately.

I provided a wrong delivery address

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the delivery address.

Please note that changes may not always be possible.

At CyclOn, we offer many payment methods for your order. You can pay directly with:

How do I use my discount code?

Do you have a discount code? You can redeem it at checkout. Before choosing your preferred payment method, you can redeem the discount code.

You can use one discount code per order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Was my payment successful?

Of course, it's possible for something to go wrong with a payment. Not sure if your payment went through? Then check your bank statement.

Still in doubt? Feel free to contact our customer service. We will then check if the payment was successful.

If your payment was unsuccessful, no order has been placed. Please place the order again and make the payment again.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation including the invoice for your order. Have you lost this email? You can also find the invoice for your order in your account under 'orders'. Don't have an account? Please contact us through our customer service and have your order number ready. We will then send you the invoice.

Delivery & collection

What is the delivery time?

We do our best to ensure that the order is delivered to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Your order will be delivered in the Netherlands by a DHL parcel delivery person. Generally, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Orders from Belgium are transferred by DHL to Bpost.

Can I also pick up my order?

We do not offer a standard pickup option in our webshop. If you would still like to pick up your products at the CyclOn headquarters in Schaijk, please call us at 085-0204122 and we will discuss the possibilities with you!

How can I track my order?

The moment you place an order with CyclOn, you will receive an order confirmation email. Depending on the availability of the item, it will be dispatched within 1 working day and you will receive a track & trace code by email.

What is the status of my order?

Thank you for placing an order with us!

You can always check the status of your order in the order history of your account. Select the order for which you want to know the status and go to "details".

What are the delivery options?

For parcel deliveries, we collaborate with DHL. It is not possible to select delivery to a DHL Service Point during the ordering process. Parcels are always sent to the address provided.

Through DHL's track & trace code, other delivery options can be chosen. Please note that DHL has a processing period, which may result in your order taking an extra day to arrive.

Returns & exchanges

What is the return period?

Is the product not quite what you expected? We offer the option to return your order within 14 days. Please ensure that the products are unopened and in their original condition.

What should I do if an item is delivered incorrectly or damaged?

You can send your opinion, complaints or questions at any time to sales@cyclon.nl, and we will ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

Do you prefer personal contact? That is also possible, you can call 085-0204122. We will answer you immediately if possible. You can reach us by phone between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

How can I return my order?

Of course, it can happen that you ordered something online that turns out not to be what you expected. You can return ordered items within 14 days without stating a reason. If you want to return items, register your return by emailing sales@cyclon.nl. In this email, state the order number and the items you wish to return. Finally, include the original packing slip with the return shipment.

How can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the products you ordered. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other item(s) to us.

Is returning free of charge?

Returning items is not free. The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

A shipping label can be easily purchased via the websites of various carriers. Always notify us of the return via sales@cyclon.nl within the 14-day return period.

Return conditions
  • Returns are only possible within the stipulated 14-day return period.
  • Returns will only be processed if they are unopened and returned in original condition.
  • The shipping of a return is at your own risk.
  • Without a track & trace code, no investigation can be launched into missing returns.
  • If your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include the order number and the items concerned.
  • Please state the order number and include the packing slip with the return shipment.

Are CyclOn products sustainable?

Currently, 50 to 60% of our products are biodegradable, and over 93% of all necessary resources, such as raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging materials, and machinery, come from within a radius of less than 100km.

Where are your products manufactured?

We produce all our products ourselves in our production hall in Schaijk. By doing so, we maintain high quality for our products and can always offer you the best solution.

Warranty & complaints

Warranty

In Europe, there is a legal guarantee. This means that as a consumer, you are entitled to a good product that is fit for purpose. If this is not the case, you have the right to a new product or a refund of your money.

Do you believe that a product you purchased from us is not fit for purpose? Please contact us at sales@cyclon.nl. In your email, please include one or more photos of the product showing that it is not fit for purpose.

If you prefer to speak to someone, please call 085-0204122. We will assist you immediately if possible, or one of our colleagues will call you back.

Complaints

We strive for our customers to be satisfied with our service and products. Do you have a complaint? We will ensure that it is resolved as quickly as possible.
